This new 3D Premiere Series Full HD 3D plasma display — the TH-85VX200, maintains the Panasonic plasma essentials shared by our VX100 Premiere Series — superior image quality and world-class support — while adding some additional enhancements such as ultra-high-speed drive technology and newly developed short-decay-time phosphors and high-precision Motion Vector Prediction to dramatically reduce the double image that adversely affects 3D image quality. They work together to fill large screens with the ultimate in powerful, lifelike images.

8,192 equivalent steps of gradation boost detailed expression, making it possible to display FULL HD 3D images while also translating to a remarkably high-level of performance when displaying 2D images as well. The color expression that is achieved by 8,192 equivalent steps of gradation, and the smoothness with which it renders intermediate colors, combine to create tonal nuances that have never before been possible.
